12 YEARS OF SERVICE AND WE'RE GETTING BETTER WITH AGE
We have a very busy April here at Pfefferle Tire and Automotive. April 4th
was our twelve year anniversary. Celebrating twelve years with the company
are the owners, Steve and Cheryl Pfefferle, and our service manager Scott
Wylie. Congratulations! Thanks for all the dedication and hard work. We also
celebrated my birthday on the second of the month. I am now 24. One of our
top notch customers, Sandy Jones, was even nice enough to sing Happy
Birthday to me. Thanks Sandy! Brett Weilnau will also celebrate being a
member of the Pfefferle Tire staff for six years on April 19th, thanks
Brett!!
FREE RENTAL CAR FOR REPAIRS OVER $200
Now, down to business. We are going to try a little something new at
Pfefferle Tire starting immediately. We understand how busy your lives are,
running here, running there. We at Pfefferle Tire want to make your life a
little easier by offering you a rental car while having your vehicle
repaired. Now, I cant offer you a rental car for just an oil change or
tires, but if you plan on spending more than $200 for your repair, we will
gladly provide you a rental car. Just our way of saying we understand. When
we help each other, we all win!
We are now accepting competitor coupons also. Threw your Reach magazine or
Valpak away this month? Its ok, bring in the others guy coupon and we will
perform the same service for what they would charge you.
CLIENT OPINION SURVEY: WE WANT YOUR OPINION!
I also would like everybodys opinion on something
this month. We have access to 25,000 mile oil or oil that lasts one year
without needing to be changed. Does this interest you? Would you pay $99.95
or more to have this service performed? If you have the time, shoot me an
e-mail back with your opinion. A simple yes
or no would suffice.
Everybody have a great month of April and enjoy this beautiful spring
weather!
Sincerely, Chris Pfefferle chris@pfefferletire.com

TOP10 TIRE CARE TIPS
Source: Rubber Manufacturers Association
1. Donıt wait until itıs too late - Make it a habit to check your
tire pressure at least once per month and before every long trip. Under
inflated tires causes excess heat build-up that can damage tires and lead to
a failure.
2. Know your pressure point - The correct tire pressure is found on a
sticker on the driverıs door, doorpost or ownerıs manual NOT on the tire
sidewall thatıs the maximum pressure for the tire.
3. Keep your cool - To accurately measure your tire pressure, check
tires when they are cold. Wait at least three hours after driving.
4. Take care of your spare - Check your spare tire each month and
keep it properly inflated so itıs ready to go when you need it most.
5. Penny for your thoughts - A penny can tell you if your tire is
bald. Place a penny upside down into a tread groove. If you can see all of
Lincolnıs head, itıs time for a new tire.
6. Keep yourself in line - Be aware of potholes that can not only
damage your tire but can also jar your carıs alignment.
7. Pick a date and rotate - Make sure you rotate your tires every
6,000 miles to promote uniform wear and longer tire life.
8. Don't take a spin without a cap - Driving without your tire valve
cap allows for a slow leak of air from the tire and eventual underinflation.
9. Donıt lose your balance - It is important to have your tire
balance checked periodically to avoid irregular wear.
10. Be a weight-watcher - Overloading your vehicle stresses your
tires and can lead to damage.
Always consult the vehicle owner's manual for individual service schedules as manufacturer maintenance requirements vary greatly.
