Happy holidays! I hope you are once again enjoying a beautiful holiday season here in the tri-state area. Jim Clark, my uncle, recently rejoined us at Pfefferle Tire. He celebrated birthday #46 on December 1st. Scott Wylie, our biggest mainstay, who has been with us since the very beginning, celebrates his 36th birthday on December 14th. Happy Birthday fellas.

I think it is especially important for you to read our mission statement.  It is posted in the lobby between the front doors on a gorgeous placard. Next time you come in the store, give it a read to better understand how we feel about our business and how important your are to us.  We, of course, could have linked a copy to this e-mail, but I hope you read it in person in our store to better appreciate the philosophies that we live by day in and day out.
