Charlie was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and still resides there.
Charlie likes loud and filthy races at the dirt tracks.  He was once a three time defending third place finisher at the Indiana Figure Eight State Points Championship.  So Charlie not only enjoys the races, but likes to get on the track as well.
