Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from Finneytown High School in 1974. He attended the University of Cincinnati. He was Bob Sumerel’s right hand man. He has worked in the auto industry field for 35 years. He spent a few years at GE before deciding to go into a partnership at an auto repair store in Northern Kentucky. He was a member of this partnership for five years before deciding to go into business for himself in Fairfield, Ohio. And the rest is history. Pfefferle Tire is now a successful business that has been in operation since 1994.

Cheryl Pfefferle, Owner and Vice-President, Accounting

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and graduated from McAuley High School in 1974. She then went to the University of Cincinnati and graduated with an Associate in Science Degree in 1978. She then raised her children before embarking on entrepreneurship with Steve in 1994. She now is able to do all of her work from home with the way technology has taken us today.

Chris Pfefferle, Manager

12 Years of Experience with Pfefferle

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He began working for his parents at the tender age of 14. He graduated from Hamilton-Badin High School in 2000. He then went on to The Ohio State University where he graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has come back to work for the family business to carry on the great tradition that was started in 1994.

Nathan Varns aka "Mr. Personality"

Nathan was born in Idaho, but moved to Cincinnati's Forest Park at a young age. He has 8 years experience with us and has worked in the industry for 15 years. Nathan does anything we ask of him but mostly runs the Quick Lube. He is married with 3 children. He enjoys spending time with his family.

Chris Napier aka "C."

Chris is originally from Hamilton. He has worked for Pfefferle Tire for 6 years now and a total of 10 years of experience. He has assumed the role of Service Manager because because he knows how to manage the shop. He has a wife and two kids and enjoys riding in or on anything with a motor.

Jim Clark aka "Jimbo"

Jim is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. Jim has a total of 3 experience with us and a total of 15 years in the auto industry. He is the Quick Lube Manager and keeps the inventory stocked as well as working the front counter. He has a wife and 3 children and enjoys hometown sports.

Mike Bowman aka "Silverback"
Mike was born and raised in Hamilton, Ohio and currently lives in Brookville, Indiana. He has around 2.5 years experience with us and a total of 29 years in the auto industry. He enjoys racing cars and restoring classic cars. He has four children and an abundance of grand children.

George Kuchma aka "Cobra"

George is from Hammond, Indiana and has one year experience at Pfefferle Tire and Auto. He has a total of 20 years of experience within the industry. He has a wife and 3 children and loves his drag racing. He specializes in Mustangs.

Phil Roy aka "Sarge"

Phil reigns from Virginia Beach, Virginia and has lived all over the country. He has 1 year experience with Pfefferle Tire but 8 years in the industry. He has four lovely children and enjoys playing poker and going to the drag strip.

Billy Thomin aka "The Wise Guy"

Billy was born and raised in Hamilton. He has 1 year experience with us but has worked on cars for 8 years. Billy enjoys customizing "whips", as he calls them, and loves football.
