Hello loyal Pfefferle Tire and Auto customers. This is the first newsletter we have sent out in a while, so thank you for your patience with us and thank you for reading. We have a newly designed website for your information. It is also a bit more interactive than it used to be. You can get quotes on tires and service easier than ever! Click on the “Shop for tires” icon and on the “Auto Repair and Service” link under the “Services” tab to explore the interactivity. I will also be posting a weekly blog starting the last week in February. It will post on the site, on our Facebook pages, and our Twitter page. As most of you know, we are family owned and operated and are going on our 18th year in business. Steve and Cheryl Pfefferle run our Fairfield location and I, Chris Pfefferle, son, manages our Hamilton location. You will always deal directly with the owner whichever location you choose to go to. We sum up what we do in three steps: Quick lube oil changes, tires, and full service auto maintenance and repair. We can do almost anything and everything your car needs mechanically, and if we can’t, we know someone who can. We also service all makes and models.
Cars are like any other new technology, ever-changing. Cars have become so electronic today that some people may not know what is going on with his/her vehicle. The first place people are usually confused about is his/her dashboard. “What is that light that keeps coming on?” Trust me; there are a lot of different warning lights that can illuminate on newer vehicles these days. At Pfefferle Tire and Auto Service, not only can we tell you what this light means, but we can also tell you why it came on and how to repair it. The lights come on for a reason and should not be ignored. Just ask one of our friendly customer service representatives about that darn light that keeps coming on; we’ll help you fix it!
We just hired on a new employee, Bruce McManus. You will see him in and out of both locations, primarily our Hamilton facility though. He has 6+ years experience in the auto service industry. He is a customer service specialist. You won’t find too many people nicer than Bruce. So when you see him, get to know him, because he will want to get to know you. He has three daughters and enjoys billiards and target shooting outside of work. We welcome Bruce to Team Pfefferle and we hope you will to!
During March (and April), we always recommend people get ready for the summer so they are ahead of the air conditioning rush. If your A/C was not as cold as you would have liked it towards the end of the summer, stop in during March for an A/C recharge.
